  • $25,000.00 Coverage for $29.80² per month (Ontario Residents please add 8% PST)
  • Premiums can be paid on a monthly or yearly basis (yearly rates= $29.80 x 12 months)

Eligibility

  • GUARANTEED TO ISSUE/CARE NAVIGATOR Members between the ages of 18 and 55
  • Coverage terminates when the insured reaches age 65
